Ingredients

1 tsp dry pasta
1 tsp frozen peas
1 tsp radishes, chopped
½ large seedless cucumber, diced
150 g cubed cow’s cheese
½ tsp fresh herbs of choice, chopped (more if desired)
salt and pepper to taste

For the sauce:

1 ½ tbsp Noteo Chilli
juice of ½ lemon
1 tsp honey
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp olive oil

How to prepare
  • Prepare the pasta according to package instructions.
  • Using a slotted spoon, remove the pasta from the water and place in a serving bowl.
  • Add the peas to the pasta cooking water to blanch them for about 30 seconds. Then drain it and transfer it to the serving bowl.
  • Allow the peas and pasta to cool completely before adding the rest of the ingredients.
  • Add the radishes, cucumber, cheese and herbs to the bowl. Mix the ingredients together.
  • Pour the dressing over the pasta and vegetables and toss well to combine. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  • Refrigerate the pasta for 30 minutes to an hour to allow the flavors to blend.
  • Serve cold.
