Ingredients

2/3 cup milk

1 banana, peeled, sliced and frozen

1 tablespoon Noteo

2 cups fresh spinach, washed and dried

How to cook
  • Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.

Advices:
If you prefer a tart smoothie, use plain Greek yogurt.
If you prefer a sweeter smoothie, use vanilla-flavored Greek yogurt.
For extra sweetness, add honey to taste.
