1 tablespoon sesame seeds
2 tablespoons NOTEO Orange
2 tsp orange zest
40 ml strained orange juice
35 ml coconut oil
100 ml soy milk
70 ml yoghurt
95-115 g sugar (according to preference)
140 g all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
¼ tsp baking soda
⅛ tsp salt

For the chocolate glaze with NOTEO Orange:

50 g. dark melted chocolate
2 tablespoons NOTEO Orange
5 g. coconut oil

How to cook
  • Preheat the oven to 180 C. Line or grease an appropriate pan. Set aside.
  • Sift the flour, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl and then add the salt. Whisk to combine.
  • In another bowl, whisk together orange zest, orange juice, oil, soy milk, yogurt and sugar.
  • Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix with a spatula until just combined and there are no more streaks of flour.
  • Transfer the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  • Remove from the pan shortly after it comes out of the oven and cool on a wire rack.
  • For the glaze, whisk together the dark chocolate, NOTEO Orange and coconut oil.
  • Once the cake has cooled, pour the chocolate drizzle on top to coat the loaf.
