NOTEO visited Gulfood 2023 – the global culinary exhibition held in Dubai for the 28th consecutive year. More than 5,223 leading companies from the food industry sector took part, presenting more than 100,000 new products from 125 different countries.
The Gulfood Forum is a unique opportunity to exchange best practices and experiences between world leaders in the food and beverage industry. Every year, the event attracts famous chefs from all over the world who showcase the latest culinary trends and help develop the global culinary scene. Manufacturers from the sector present innovative products and use the exhibition as a platform to announce upcoming initiatives and innovations.
NOTEO was also present with its own stand in the “World Food” section, where it attracted the attention of tens of thousands of fans of high-quality and healthy cuisine. We are happy that NOTEO has successfully fulfilled its mission to share the high quality of Bulgarian food products and to present Bulgaria as a leader in the production of clean and natural food products.
What did NOTEO impress Gulfood visitors with?
NOTEO has impressed tens of thousands of culinary experts and enthusiasts from all over the world with its refined products. Visitors to the exhibition fell in love with its dense taste of freshly roasted sunflower seeds. It was difficult for them to choose which NOTEO flavor they liked best – Natural, Orange & Chocolate, Chili, Mint or Mediterranean Mix. That’s why some people took one box of each! We totally get them!
In addition to the irresistible taste of NOTEO sunflower paste, visitors and participants of Gulfood 2023 were fascinated by its ingredients, which are limited to 100% roasted sunflower seeds! What’s more, the valuable vitamins and minerals of sunflower seeds are preserved in the finished product, thanks to the low temperature at which the raw materials are roasted. This is also the reason why NOTEO is so useful for young and old lovers of healthy eating.
Some of the useful substances contained in NOTEO include proteins, minerals, magnesium, calcium and the nine essential amino acids for the human body: histidine, isoleucine, leucine, lysine, methionine, phenylalanine, threonine, tryptophan, valine. All of them contribute to the proper functioning of the human body, including the nervous system, muscles, tissue repair, collagen synthesis, calcium absorption, sleep and appetite regulation, and prevention against heart disease and osteoporosis.

This year, Gulfood saw an impressive 30% increase in visitor numbers, reaching over 134,460 culinary enthusiasts from over 195 different countries.
The participants of the event had the opportunity to get acquainted with the latest trends in the food industry, share experience with the leading figures in the culinary industry, and create new partnerships and business relationships with international companies in the food industry. It is not uncommon for global culinary trends to begin with Gulfood.
Of course, among the visitors of the exhibition were not only producers of food and beverages, but also admirers of world cuisine, as well as those who enjoy delicious and high-quality food.
